JOB DETAILS:
Role:
The Claims and Underwriting Analyst is responsible for coordinating the placement and servicing of insurance policies while managing the entire claims lifecycle on behalf of the client. This role is the primary liaison between us, the client and the underwriters. Will be required to ensure smooth, efficient, timely, and compliant service delivery in accordance with the IRA Act and the Company's internal Standard Operating Procedures and Policies.
Required Qualifications::
- Bachelor's Degree in Insurance, Commerce, Finance, or a related business field.
- At least 2 years working experience in insurance environment..
- Experience working with Birthmark system is an added advantage.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
