JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary

The Waiter/Waitress provides professional table service by welcoming guests, taking orders, serving meals and beverages, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests.
• Present menus and explain menu items.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly.
• Respond to customer requests professionally.
• Prepare and clear dining tables.
• Process customer bills and payments where required.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Hospitality or related field is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience

• Previous restaurant or hotel service experience is preferred.
