JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary

The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment throughout the restaurant, including the dining area, kitchen support areas, washrooms, and surrounding premises.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene by:

• Cleaning and sanitizing dining areas, floors, tables, windows, and restrooms.
• Disposing of waste and ensuring proper waste segregation.
• Replenishing cleaning and hygiene supplies as required.
• Support restaurant operations by:
• Assisting with housekeeping duties before, during, and after operating hours.
• Ensuring all areas meet health and safety standards.
• Report maintenance issues or damaged equipment to management.

Requirements

• KCSE certificate is an added advantage.
• Previous cleaning experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Good personal hygiene and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Honest, reliable, and hardworking.

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: high school
