Job Summary:

Quickmart is seeking hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented Cleaners to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across our stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize store floors, restrooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash bins and ensure proper waste disposal.
• Dust and wipe down shelves, counters, and fixtures.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store entrance and exterior areas.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Perform other cleaning duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of KCSE certificate or equivalent.
• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be KENYAN of 18 years and above. [Have National ID]
• Must be proficient with equivalent customer service and communication skills.
• Disciplined and embrace team work.
• High school diploma or certificate equivalent qualification required
