Role Context
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused Client Experience Executive to join our team. This role is the face of our brand—responsible for curating a seamless, warm, and memorable client journey from arrival to departure, while ensuring accurate and confidential management of client records.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, professional, and personalized welcome to all clients
- Manage appointments, bookings, and client flow with precision and efficiency
- Maintain accurate and confidential client wellness records (digital and physical)
- Coordinate with therapists and clinical staff to ensure a seamless experience
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and concerns with discretion and care
- Uphold the highest standards of presentation, ambiance, and client service
- Support billing processes, payments, and basic administrative functions
Qualification and Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Medical Health Records or a related field
- 2–4 years’ experience in a front office, client service, or reception role in a premium environment (wellness clinic)
- Experience handling client records or administrative systems is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
