Background:

Client Success Manager (CSM) role responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing people management initiatives, and fostering collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary point of contact for designated clients to ensure needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Manage client relationships and drive client success.
  • Oversee people management initiatives and develop high-performing teams.
  • Collaborate across departments to align services with client needs.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in a client-facing or customer-service management role.
  • 1+ years managing teams with a proven track record of team development.
  • Prior experience in a B2B environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in growth planning, service alignment, change management, and process adoption.
  • Culturally competent with cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Slack, and general computer usage.
  • Experience in e-commerce or BPO is a bonus.
