Role Summary

This critical role combines direct clinical care with occupational health and safety leadership. The successful candidate will attend to the medical needs of our staff and their dependants, administer medical schemes, and lead the development and implementation of safety policies that meet both local and international standards.

Beyond individual care, this role carries conservancy-wide responsibility — keeping management informed of health trends, driving preventative interventions, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees, visitors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

If you are a qualified Clinical Officer with experience in occupational health, a high standard of professional integrity, and the ability to work in a field-based environment, we would welcome your application.
