In the role of Support & Implementation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to:
- Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ.
- Diagnose and resolves technical issues reported by partners, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize service disruptions
- Guide partners through the configuration of ACS products according to partner needs, tailoring settings and features to meet specific business requirements
- Provides technical documentation, best practices, and hands-on support to partners during the deployment of ACS solutions
- Assist the Senior Implementation Consultant in guiding partners through the initial setup process for ACS, including account creation, configuration, and data migration
- Provide consulting to partners regarding integrating ACS products with existing systems and workflows
- Work with the Senior Implementation Consultant to develop and deliver training materials and documentation for partners on ACS functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques
- Manage support tickets, track partner issues, and ensure prompt and efficient resolution
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of an internal knowledge base with documented solutions, FAQs, and technical guidance for ACS
- Foster strong relationships with partners, actively communicating updates, changes, and new features related to ACS
Monitor partner usage patterns and identify potential issues before they escalate, offering proactive advice and support
- Gather feedback from partners on ACS products and support processes, identifies areas for improvement, and suggests enhancements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Thorough knowledge of various implementation and cloud tools, techniques, and methodologies to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems in public cloud environments.
- Strong technical aptitude and experience working with cloud technologies, such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or OpenStack
