Responsibilities

The Cluster Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple microfinance branches within a designated cluster. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and motivating branch teams to achieve performance targets.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase loan portfolio and client base.
• Monitoring financial performance and operational efficiency of branches.
• Providing training and mentorship to branch staff.
• Managing risk and ensuring the quality of the loan portfolio.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in microfinance or banking sector, with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of microfinance operations, credit management, and risk assessment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and financial management software.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a management role within the microfinance or banking industry is required.
