Fairview Hotel Limited is seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-oriented professional to fill the position of Cluster Marketing and Communications Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing and communication initiatives that enhance brand visibility, drive revenue growth, and strengthen the reputation of our properties: Fairview Hotel Nairobi, Best Western Upper Hill Nairobi, and Holiday Inn.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Drive brand awareness and ensure consistency of brand standards across all properties.
• Manage digital marketing platforms, including websites, social media channels, and online advertising campaigns.
• Lead public relations activities, media engagement, and influencer partnerships.
• Oversee content creation for both digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Support the promotion of hotel events, conferences, and special functions.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and evaluate campaign performance.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective utilization of resources.
• Collaborate with operational departments to support revenue-generating initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations,
• Minimum of four (4) years' proven experience in marketing within a four- or five-star hotel or hospitality environment.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns.
• Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.
