Background
A fast-growing company located along Mombasa Road is urgently looking for a Collection Officer to join our team.
Qualifications or requirements
- Degree in Business or any related field
- At least 6+ months experience in collections or a similar role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to follow up with clients professionally
- Good record-keeping and reporting skills
Responsibilities or duties
- Follow up on outstanding payments from clients
- Maintain accurate records of collections
- Communicate with customers regarding overdue accounts
- Work with internal teams to resolve payment issues
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
