JOB DETAILS:

? We're Hiring: Commercial Construction Estimator! ? 100% Remote

Schedule: Monday- Friday, 2:00 PM a 11:00 PM EAT o de 3:00 PM a 12:00 AM

Do you have experience in project estimating and a passion for accuracy? This role is key to ensuring competitive proposals, healthy margins, and profitable execution.

? What you'll do:

-Prepare complete, accurate, and timely bids and budgets.

-Interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.

-Develop cost analyses for materials and labor.

-Validate prices with suppliers and maintain financial discipline.

-Participate in internal bid reviews and respond to RFIs.

-Maintain professional communication with clients and general contractors.

? Requirements:

- 3–6+ years of commercial construction estimating experience

-Advanced English level B2+, C1

-Experience in independently producing bids in a specialized trade or subcontracting environment is preferred.

-Strong ability to read and interpret commercial construction drawings and specifications.

-Experience with blinds, roller shades, Division 12, or related trade specialties is preferred.

-Blueprint interpretation and takeoff accuracy.

-Organized documentation practices.

-Labor and cost modeling.

-Basic to intermediate productivity modeling ability.

-Experience estimating within a specialized subcontractor or trade-specific environment.

-Demonstrated improvement in the success rate or accuracy of estimates over time.

-Experience in direct coordination with vendors for price validation.

-Experience with CRM-based bid tracking systems.

-Participation in value engineering or scope clarification discussions.
