The Commercial Manager B2B will drive business growth by managing key customer relationships, identifying new opportunities and leading commercial projects. The role focuses on growing revenue, increasing manufacturing capacity through partnerships and supporting daily B2B sales operations across contract manufacturing, private label retail, OMCs and corporate clients seeking local manufacturing solutions and cost advantages.

  • Grow existing business revenue through strong customer management and execution.
  • Execute daily B2B sales activities to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Improve order fulfillment and maximize revenue from existing customers.
  • Build strong customer relationships to drive retention and satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research on customers, competitors and industry trends.
  • Identify and secure new opportunities in contract manufacturing, OMCs, private label and corporate sectors.
  • Manage new business projects from acquisition to launch and post-launch support.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer onboarding.
  • Optimize manufacturing capacity through strategic contract manufacturing partnerships.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, reports and business reviews.
  • Advise management on B2B sales growth and market expansion strategies.
  • Monitor B2B operational costs within approved budgets.
  • Ensure achievement of revenue, profitability and service KPIs.
  • Support execution of commercial strategies to strengthen market competitiveness.

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B sales, commercial management, contract manufacturing or key accounts management.
  • Strong understanding of FMCG, manufacturing, private label or contract manufacturing business environments.
  • Proven experience in business development, project management and customer relationship management.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset.
