In this role, you’ll combine technical expertise with commercial leadership guiding your team to build lasting partnerships with hospitals and healthcare institutions, while driving adoption of advanced medical technologies. You’ll play a critical role in: Expanding market reach through strategic account development. Coaching and mentoring sales teams for performance excellence. Translating technical solutions into real clinical and economic value. Building strong relationships with decision-makers across healthcare ecosystems. Leading negotiations and closing high-impact deals to accelerate growth.

• 7–10 years of experience in the medical device or healthcare capital equipment industry.
• 3–5 years in sales leadership with a proven record of meeting growth targets.
• Hands-on experience with ventilators or critical care technologies is a strong advantage.
• Strong background in strategic account planning and value-based selling.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and data-driven sales management.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• A hybrid background combining clinical/technical expertise with commercial strategy is highly desirable.
