Commercial vehicle sales reps identify leads, build client relationships, present vehicle solutions, and negotiate contracts to meet sales targets. Key responsibilities include demonstrating vehicles, managing sales paperwork, providing excellent customer service, and staying updated on market trends and products.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Find potential clients, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and follow up on leads. Sales & Negotiation: Present and demonstrate commercial vehicle features, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals. Market Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, new products, and vehicle features. Sales Process Management: Prepare sales contracts, process paperwork, and manage sales activities using a CRM system. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction. Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management. Internal Coordination: Coordinate with other teams (like service) to ensure client satisfaction and smooth delivery processes.
Self motivated Relevant field certification required
Experience in the same field Fluent in Kiswahili & English
