Role Purpose:

SIC Investment is seeking a creative and digitally savvy Design & Community Associate to strengthen our brand presence, drive digital engagement, and support lead generation across our online platforms. This role blends community management, digital marketing execution, and graphic design, ensuring consistent, high-quality visual and written communication across SIC’s digital channels while supporting sales and customer experience objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and moderate SIC’s social media communities across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X.
• Plan and execute digital lead generation campaigns across paid and organic channels.
• Develop and manage content calendars aligned with brand, product, and sales campaigns.
• Monitor online conversations, manage brand reputation, and escalate issues where necessary.
• Design engaging digital assets including social media artwork
• Support photography and videography needs, including basic editing.
• Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Support SEO initiatives through content creation and optimisation.
• Monitor website analytics and campaign performance to improve digital effectiveness.

Key Requirements:

• 2-5 years relevant experience in digital marketing, community management and graphic design (corporate or agency environment preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an empathetic, customer-first approach
• Solid graphic design skills with a strong eye for layout, typography and visual storytelling
• Proficiency in photography and videography including knowledge of editing tools
• Proficiency in design tools and content creation platforms
• Strong understanding of social media listening, analytics and reporting tools
• Ability to interpret data and turn insights into strategic recommendations
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work across departments
