The Laikipia County Public Service Board has announced a major recruitment drive, inviting qualified and suitable candidates to apply for 191 vacancies across the County Government of Laikipia. The recruitment aims to strengthen healthcare service delivery by filling positions in various medical, nursing, public health, laboratory, pharmaceutical, nutrition, engineering, and administrative fields.

Established under Section 57 of the County Governments Act, 2012 and pursuant to Article 235 of the Constitution of Kenya, the Laikipia County Public Service Board is mandated to establish and abolish offices within the county public service, appoint qualified persons to hold or act in those offices, and confirm appointments.

The Community Health Officer II will coordinate community health activities, supervise community health services, promote disease prevention, support health education programs, and strengthen healthcare delivery at the community level.
