Position Summary

Seasons Orchards is seeking a qualified and experienced Compliance Officer to ensure full compliance with international standards, regulatory requirements and customer expectations across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with GLOBALG.A.P, SMETA, BRCGS, ISO 22000:2018, HACCP and other applicable standards.
• Support and lead internal and external audits.
• Develop, implement and maintain Quality and Food Safety Management Systems.
• Monitor HACCP plans, prerequisite programs and food safety controls.
• Manage non-conformities and corrective actions (CAPAs).
• Ensure full traceability across the supply chain (farm to export).
• Maintain accurate compliance documentation and reporting.
• Train staff on standards and best practices.
• Liaise with regulators, auditors and certification bodies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Science, Horticulture, Agriculture or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in compliance/quality within fresh produce or food export.
• Certification/Training in ISO 22000:2018, HACCP, BRCGS, GLOBALG.A.P, SMETA.
• Quality Professional | Internal Auditor with strong audit experience.
• SMETA Auditor certification is an added advantage.

• Strong knowledge of GAP, ISO 22000, HACCP, BRCGS, SMETA.
• Excellent analytical, reporting and documentation skills.
• High attention to detail and integrity.
• Strong communication and training ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
