Job Summary
GTC is seeking a dedicated, patient, and skilled Computer Packages Instructor to join our faculty. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training across foundational and advanced computer applications, guiding students through practical coursework, and supporting academic progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach core computer packages (including MS Office Suite, internet applications, and basic digital literacy) to students.
- Develop structured lesson plans, practical assignments, and student evaluation frameworks.
- Mentor and guide students individually to accommodate different learning paces.
- Maintain accurate student academic records, attendance logs, and training schedules.
- Support the college's daily academic operations and maintain computer lab discipline.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience
- Proven experience in teaching, tutoring, or technical training within an ICT environment.
Technical Skills
- Exceptional mastery of standard computer packages and operating systems.
Core Competencies
- Strong communication skills, structural scheduling, and excellent typing speed.
Attributes
- High levels of patience, reliability, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
