The Construction Project Manager is to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from inception to completion. They will be responsible for managing multiple construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Develop comprehensive construction project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to create realistic and achievable construction schedules.
• Prepare, manage, and monitor project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and within the allocated budget.
• Oversee and manage on-site construction teams, ensuring that work is completed according to plan.
• Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Ensure all necessary permits, licenses, and inspections are obtained and completed in a timely manner.
• Quickly address on-site challenges to minimize impact on the project.
• Ensure the timely completion of punch lists and final inspections.

• Construction Project Management

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing construction projects.
• Proficiency in construction management software.
• Deep understanding of building codes, construction laws, and regulations.
• Proven leadership experience in managing large teams.
• Strong ability to resolve issues efficiently on the job site.
