JOB DETAILS:
Job summary: The Customer Insights Officer will be responsible for providing insights into the needs, preferences, and behaviors of our customers, the external market environment, conducting research and analysis related to the needs and preferences of our customers.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize market research and data analysis to develop insights into customer and market needs.
• Work closely with product and marketing teams to develop strategies, products, and services that meet the needs of our customers.
• Develop and maintain customer profiles to better understand their needs and preferences.
• Use data to identify trends and opportunities in the market.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor competition, pricing, and other external factors that impact our business.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external research and data providers.
• Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and developments.
• Manage research budgets and timelines
Qualification & Experience
Qualifications and Skills:
Academics:
• Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in a consumer insights role.
• Extensive experience in market research and data analysis.
Work Related Skills & Personal Attributes:
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret and present data in a meaningful and useful way.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
