JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary

The Cook/Chef will prepare high-quality meals while maintaining food safety, hygiene, presentation, and kitchen efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure quality, taste, portion control, and presentation.
• Assist with menu preparation and food planning.
• Monitor food stock and minimize wastage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Coordinate with wait staff to ensure timely food service.

Qualifications & Skills

• Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Production, or a related field is an advantage.

• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively during busy service periods.
