Role Summary

The Copilot Studio Developer will lead the design, creation, and deployment of AI agents within Microsoft Copilot Studio. This role involves training conversational and workflow-based agents, building orchestration layers, and embedding these agents into enterprise workflows. The developer will work closely with business process owners and engineers to automate and scale intelligent systems that improve organizational efficiency.

Experience Level: 5+ years in Data Engineering | 3+ years in Domain Expertise

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy AI agents within Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Develop workflow automation and orchestration layers connecting agents to internal business systems.
• Customize agent prompts, intents, and skills to meet specific business needs.
• Integrate Copilot Studio agents into Microsoft 365 or custom-built applications.
• Collaborate with Azure and Frontend teams to ensure seamless interoperability.
• Conduct training, testing, and iterative tuning of AI agents.
• Maintain documentation, version control, and performance reports for deployed agents.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3-5 years in AI chatbot/agent development or intelligent workflow automation.
• Strong command of Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or Power Automate.
• Familiarity with LLM prompting, AI model tuning, and natural language understanding (NLU) concepts.
• Understanding of workflow orchestration, API integration, and data connectors.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure AI, Power Virtual Agents, or Dynamics 365 integrations.
• Prior work in enterprise automation or digital assistant projects.
