This is an exciting opportunity for a confident service sales professional to shape corporate learning in the region and a gateway into a fast-track sales or management career. You will work from our modern office in Nairobi with a high-performance culture, engaging daily with corporate clients and play a key role in expanding the impact of our programs by converting leads into confirmed participants.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Spend 80% of your time on the phone engaging wide ranging corporate clients about our upcoming FM training programs
  • Convert cold and warm leads into enrolled participants and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Share training materials, handle objections, and follow up consistently to meet monthly targets
  • Support sales administration and coordination of scheduled training events
  • Report daily progress against daily and monthly targets, provide client feedback and suggest campaign improvements

Qualifications.

  • Minimum 3 years of proven telesales success in B2B marketing professional services such as corporate training, education, real estate, insurance, finance, or similar professional services
  • Excellent spoken and written English — clear, confident, and compelling
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills over the phone and demonstrated ability to convert calls into sales and handle a high volume of client follow-up
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding telesales targets
  • Ability to meet daily work targets, monthly participant enrollment targets and work within a high-performance culture.
  • Academic background in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Public Relations, Communication & Media Studies, Customer Relationship Management or Commerce with strong specialization in client-facing roles
