Role Overview & Scope

Prime Bank is seeking a dynamic and experienced CSR Manager to lead, structure, and drive its Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, community engagement strategies, and sustainability programs.

Key Focus Areas & Responsibilities

• CSR Initiatives: Develop and execute high-impact Corporate Social Responsibility projects.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage community partnerships and cultivate strong stakeholder relationships.
• Sustainability & Outreach: Drive sustainability policies and employee engagement initiatives.
• Corporate Visibility & PR: Support public relations, media engagement, and institutional visibility activities.
• Representation: Represent Prime Bank at public forums, industry events, and community engagements.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 5 to 7 years of active experience in CSR, Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Brand Management, or closely related fields.
• Competencies: Proven track record in community impact strategies, corporate branding, and stakeholder alignment.
