Responsibilities or duties

  • Develop Diversification Strategies: Guide students in evaluating the risks and benefits of related and unrelated diversification to enter new markets.
  • Lead Mergers & Acquisitions: Create simulations where students evaluate target companies, conduct due diligence, and propose integration plans.
  • Implement Turnaround Strategies: Teach students to diagnose performance decline and implement radical restructuring and cost-cutting measures.
  • Formulate Global Strategies: Instruct on the standardization vs. adaptation debate and how to structure international operations.
  • Manage Strategic Alliances: Guide students in structuring joint ventures and alliances that provide mutual benefits without giving away core competencies.
  • Drive Business Model Innovation: Instruct on how to disrupt traditional industries by redesigning value propositions and revenue streams.
