Role Context
We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Cost Controller to join our finance department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling costs within the hotel operations to ensure profitability and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Monitoring and analyzing all hotel costs.
- Developing and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Preparing detailed cost reports and forecasts.
- Collaborating with department heads to manage budgets.
- Ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience
The successful candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in cost control, preferably within the hotel industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is an added advantage.
Additional Notes
