Job Summary

The Cost Controller is responsible for monitoring operational costs, controlling inventory, analyzing food and beverage costs, and ensuring efficient use of company resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor food and beverage costs.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
  • Analyze inventory variances.
  • Prepare cost analysis reports.
  • Monitor purchasing and receiving procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction.
  • Work closely with kitchen, bar, and stores teams.
  • Ensure accurate costing of menu items.
  • Monitor wastage and recommend corrective measures.
  • Maintain inventory control systems.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Experience in hospitality cost control.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Good knowledge of inventory management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
