COUNTRY HR MANAGER

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of HND or First Degree in Human Resources or a related social science discipline.
• Relevant certification from a reputable professional institution e.g. CIPM, CIPD, SHRM.
• An MBA or a Master’s in a relevant discipline would be an added advantage.
• At least 15 years post-qualification experience, 4 of which must have been spent in a management position within the manufacturing industry.
• Members of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) and possession of a valid practicing certificate.
• Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP-K) qualification will be an added advantage.
• Strong track record in HR generalist and change management roles.
• A good grasp of end-to-end talent and employee life cycle management.
• Thorough working knowledge of the Kenyan Labour Law and Industrial Relations environment.
• Experience working with startups will be an added advantage.
