Position Overview
The Country ICT Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of the organization’s ICT strategy. The successful candidate will oversee the use of technology at company level and ensure that all systems required to support business operations are effectively deployed, maintained, and optimized.
The role focuses on ensuring that technology continues to deliver maximum value to the organization while supporting efficiency, innovation, communication, and operational excellence across all schools within the group.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Lead the development of the company-wide ICT strategy.
- Ensure the availability and effectiveness of systems supporting company operations.
- Provide oversight of ICT implementation and utilization across the organization.
- Align technology initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
- Enhance operational efficiency through effective technology management.
- Drive innovation and technology improvements across the group.
- Ensure that ICT resources contribute positively to organizational success.
- Support technology-enabled growth and continuous improvement initiatives.
