About the Role

Sun King is seeking a Country Store Manager to oversee inventory management, retail operations, and reverse logistics across its nationwide network of 160+ retail locations. This role ensures inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance while managing inventory movements exceeding $1.5 million monthly. The position is critical in driving sales growth, customer fulfillment, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Shop & Field Operations: Ensure >90% stock availability with 98% inventory accuracy, oversee reconciliations, audits, and compliance with FIFO standards.

Reverse Logistics: Manage serialized/unserialized inventory returns with 99% accuracy.

ERP/CRM Systems Governance: Stabilize ERP (SAP) and CRM systems, oversee UAT, and ensure data integrity.

Strategic Planning: Lead annual operations strategy, process optimization, and risk management.

Performance Evaluation: Develop dashboards, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.

Team Management: Lead a team of 25+, drive performance management, coaching, and succession planning.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement & Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum 8 years’ experience in operations, retail, inventory, or supply chain management at senior level.

Strong knowledge of inventory governance, replenishment, reverse logistics, and operational controls.

Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, and reporting systems.

Advanced problem-solving and evaluation skills.

Strong people and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
