Job Summary

The Cow Girl will contribute to creating a welcoming, energetic, and entertaining customer experience while promoting the establishment's atmosphere, services, and brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and interact professionally with customers.
• Create a friendly, lively, and engaging atmosphere for guests.
• Assist customers with enquiries and direct them to appropriate services.
• Promote available drinks, events, promotions, and other offerings where required.
• Work closely with bartenders, supervisors, and other service staff.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Participate in promotional activities and themed events.
• Assist with maintaining an organised and presentable customer area.
• Follow all company policies, customer-service standards, and safety procedures.
• Handle customer interactions respectfully and professionally.
• Report customer concerns or incidents to the Supervisor.

Ideal Candidate

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, confident, energetic, and approachable personality.
• Previous hospitality, entertainment, promotional, or customer-service experience is an advantage.
• Professional appearance and strong personal presentation.
• Ability to interact comfortably with different types of customers.
• Reliable and able to work flexible shifts.
