OUR CLIENT, GAME MANIA, AN ONLINE SPORTS BETTING COMPANY, IS LOOKING TO HIRE A CREATIVE DIRECTOR FOR THEIR OPERATIONS, BASED IN EAST AFRICA. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL LEAD THE COMPANY'S CREATIVE VISION, BRAND IDENTITY, AND HIGH-IMPACT CREATIVE CAMPAIGNS ACROSS DIGITAL, BRANDING, AND ENTERTAINMENT PLATFORMS. THE ROLE INVOLVES DEVELOPING HIGH-IMPACT CREATIVE CAMPAIGNS THAT ATTRACT NEW USERS, RETAIN THEIR INTEREST WHILE MAINTAINING COMPLIANCE WITH INDUSTRY AND REGULATORY STANDARDS.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in advertising, branding, digital media, marketing, entertainment, or digital production.
• Proven experience leading creative teams and developing high-impact campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and user engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• The ideal candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of sports and gaming, enabling them to engage effectively across diverse audiences.
