We pride ourselves on professionalism, integrity, and delivering exceptional customer service. We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Call Center Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about our services, and ensuring a positive customer experience at all times. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a high level of professionalism when engaging with external customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze loan applications and assess clients’ creditworthiness.
2. Evaluate financial statements, cash flows, leverage ratios, and collateral adequacy.
3. Conduct risk assessments and recommend appropriate credit limits and terms.
4. Monitor existing loan portfolios and identify early warning signs of default.
5. Prepare detailed credit appraisal reports and risk analysis summaries.
6. Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements.
7. Keep up to date with legal, compliance, and market risk developments.
8. Support the development and improvement of credit scoring models and risk frameworks.
9. Present risk findings and recommendations to management clearly and professionally.
10. Work closely with Credit, Sales, Collections, and Compliance teams to manage portfolio risk.

 Qualifications & Requirements

1. Bachelor of Science degree in Accounts, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
2. Proven working experience of 1–3 years as a Credit Analyst, preferably in a microfinance or financial institution.
3. Proficiency in statistical packages and financial software.
4. Strong ability to analyze cash flows, leverage, collateral structures, and overall customer financial strength.
5. Up to date with legal, compliance, and market risk-related issues.
6. Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
7. Strong communication and presentation skills.
8. Demonstrated sound judgment and decision-making ability.
9. High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
