- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Manage reservations and table bookings
- Process food orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent, courteous service and follow up on customer feedback
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Female candidates, 25 years and above
- Must be fluent and very eloquent in English, both spoken and written
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Diploma or certificate in any customer service related courses
Experience needed
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an added advantage
