We are seeking to hire two Customer Care Agents to join our team.

Responsibilities or duties

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Manage reservations and table bookings
• Process food orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide excellent, courteous service and follow up on customer feedback

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Female candidates, 25 years and above
• Must be fluent and very eloquent in English, both spoken and written
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Diploma or certificate in any customer service related courses

Experience needed

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an added advantage
