Customer Care Desk Personnel
Job Summary
The Customer Care Desk Personnel will handle customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and requests while ensuring customers receive timely and satisfactory assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through the designated communication channels.
- Receive, record, and resolve customer complaints and feedback.
- Provide information about products, orders, deliveries, and services.
- Follow up on customer issues until they are resolved.
- Maintain accurate customer records and feedback reports.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Support customer retention and satisfaction initiatives.
- Identify recurring customer concerns and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Customer Service, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Customer service experience, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult customers.
- Basic computer and data-entry skills.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
