This is an internship position focused on customer care within TakaTaka Solutions.
Responsibilities or duties
Assist with maintaining the onboarding trackers (CLM/ Overall Client Training/New & Sensitive Client Group/TTS Contracts)
Send welcome packs and emails.
Post new and sensitive clients daily in the New & Sensitive Client Group
Call new clients after first collection.
Conduct first collection survey 2 weeks after first collection.
Support in physical or online induction training for new clients.
Help process and track client requests for compost, gate signs, bins, certificates, and other related items.
Assist in receiving and responding to queries from clients through Whatsapp.
Support customer satisfaction surveys, courtesy calls, and client visits.
Download calls report and call back missed calls from the previous day.
Support outbound communication via calls or emails to communicate information to clients.
Assist in communicating Delays and Missed Collections daily.
Ensure all queries raised are logged in trackers where appropriate (Complaint tracker).
Assist in outdoor events when requested.
Handle assigned client accounts and act as the client's account manager.
Support in maintaining Contract Database: Ensure all client contracts are filed
Support the monitoring and reporting of service delivery issues and client concerns.
Help with receiving, acknowledging, and logging in termination requests on cancelled contracts whatsapp group and sheet.
Take on additional tasks and projects that contribute to personal learning and team objectives as requested.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
Degree or Diploma in business studies, communication, public relations or relevant field
Experience needed
Previous customer care experience is an added advantage.
