Role Purpose:
We are looking for a high-energy, empathetic, and detail-oriented Customer Experience Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for a recent graduate looking to understand the mechanics of a digital marketplace. You will be the voice of BrighterMonday, ensuring that both job seekers and employers have a seamless, "brighter" experience on our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- User Support: Respond to inquiries from job seekers and employers via phone, email, WhatsApp, and Live Chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Onboarding Assistance: Guide new employers through the job posting process and help job seekers optimize their digital profiles for better visibility.
- Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate technical bugs or user complaints to the relevant product or tech teams.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits of job listings to ensure they meet our quality standards and community guidelines.
- Feedback Collection: Participate in outbound calls to gather user feedback, helping us understand how to evolve our platform features.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions to ensure a personalized user journey.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: Recent graduate (or final year student) with a degree in Business, Communications, or Social Sciences.
- Communication: Exceptional "people skills" with the ability to communicate fluently in English and Swahili.
- Digital Fluency: High level of comfort with mobile apps, CRM software, and social media communication.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset—you don’t just report problems; you suggest solutions.
