Java House is seeking a motivated and creative Customer Experience & Marketing Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will support customer experience initiatives and marketing activities across delivery and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities 

• Support customer experience and engagement initiatives.
• Assist with digital marketing and social media activities.
• Manage delivery platform operations and customer feedback.
• Analyze data and prepare reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital customer engagement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (bonus: data visualization tools).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Creative and results-oriented.
