We are looking for Sales Customer Service agents from Kenya to join our growing team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Providing a high level of customer service to customers via inbound calls and emails Thoroughly research and reply to requests with a high sense of urgency and professionalism Ability to troubleshoot and communicate across multiple platforms Proactive Sales, both to new and existing customers Constantly evaluate customer experience and make suggestions to improve customer engagement/satisfaction Meet or exceed KPIs such as response time and customer satisfaction scores
