? Customer Service Administrator (Reliever)

Reports to: Customer Service Supervisor

? Role Summary

You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer experience by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and improving service processes while maintaining strong member relationships.

? Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to member inquiries (phone, email, and in-person)
  • Handle and resolve complaints effectively
  • Maintain accurate member records and database
  • Provide detailed information on services, events, and memberships
  • Follow up with relevant departments on customer issues
  • Prepare daily reports on member interactions
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
  • Promote club services and upcoming events
  • Uphold professionalism in all interactions

? Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Relevant experience in the service industry is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Flexible to work shifts
  • Strong alignment with professional ethics and company values
