  • End-to-end resolution of customer issues, from first contact to confirmed close.
  • Coordination with field and deployment teams to keep service delivery on schedule.
  • Clear and consistent communication with clients and internal stakeholders throughout.
  • Proactive escalation of risks before they become failures.
  • Full ownership of your task list, with no open items left unattended.
  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Customer care, public relations, Communications or Business Administration.
  • At least 1 year in customer service or client-facing sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • A track record of personal accountability, not just personal effort.
  • You do not wait to be chased. You take responsibility for outcomes, not just activity.
  • You are comfortable being measured on results.
  • You close the loop every time, without being asked twice.
