About the Role

You will be responsible for assisting customers, managing orders, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience across our online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, and email
• Assist customers with gift, flower orders and product recommendations
• Process and follow up on orders
• Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely deliveries
• Maintain excellent customer experience standards

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Customer service experience is an added advantage
• Comfortable using social media and online communication platforms
• Attention to detail
