About the Role:

A temporary maternity cover role for a proactive, customer-focused professional to ensure smooth sales operations and excellent client support in the BMMC Sales Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and invoice sales orders via CRM system.
  • Coordinate order preparation, goods issuance, and payment follow-ups.
  • Receive, verify, and process customer orders promptly.
  • Handle customer complaints, inquiries, and requests effectively.
  • Support sales team with order follow-ups and delivery tracking.
  • Assist in overdue payment collections.
  • Compile sales data and maintain updated customer records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience (preferably in construction/ceramics industry).
  • Strong communication skills (English proficiency).
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent customer service, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • High integrity, teamwork, and self-motivation.
  • Flexible to work Monday–Saturday with minimal supervision.
