Role Context
As a CX Lab Technician, you will bridge the gap between clinical expertise and customer support. You will be responsible for responding to the needs of customers and providing product information via inbound/outbound calls, email, and live chat. You’ll evaluate complex clinical complaints and resolve emerging technical issues with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities or duties
- Clinical Troubleshooting: Turn complex clinical and technical feedback into clear, actionable solutions for clients.
- Digital Workflow Support: Act as a Subject Matter Expert for specific product lines (e.g., implants, full dentures, anterior C&B).
- Communication: Handle customer inquiries across multiple channels (Calls, Email, Chat) with a friendly and timely approach.
- Problem Resolution: Evaluate and resolve technical lab problems to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Full proficiency in English for communication and documentation.
- Deep knowledge of digital dental workflows and restorative products.
- A tech-savvy, independent worker who excels in a customer-facing environment.
Experience needed
- Minimum 5+ years in a Dental Technician role (bench experience) and 3+ years of experience in 3Shape CAD/CAM design.
