Sepi Business App is seeking a proactive, results-driven, and customer-focused Customer Success, Activation & Conversion Officer to join our mission of helping businesses across Kenya succeed with Sepi. You will be the first point of contact for new Sepi users, responsible for activating them, guiding them to experience value, and converting them into paying, successful customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call new signups and understand their business needs.
  • Guide them through Sepi and ensure they see value in the platform.
  • Overcome objections and close sales.
  • Follow up, nurture, and drive customer success to ensure retention.
  • Meet and exceed activation and conversion targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and build strong relationships.
  • Gather feedback and insights to improve the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the team to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Passion for solving problems and getting results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales and customer service experience is an added advantage.
  • Ability to overcome objections and close deals.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Proficient in using digital tools and platforms.
