JOB DETAILS:
Fidelity Connect Ltd a recruitment company is hiring a customer support specialist for one of our reputable flight & cargo client based in Kenya & UAE.
Job Description:
Respond to customer queries on cargo rates, schedules, and services
Manage bookings and track shipments
Deal with customers globally for full charter cargo
Onboard, manage, and retain cargo consolidators
Coordinate with operations and sales teams to resolve issues
Build relationships with cargo consolidators and customers
Required Qualification:
Diploma or Certificate in Marketing or related field
Experience in contact center or customer service
Experience in aviation industry preferred
Skills:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Problem-solving and time management abilities
Knowledge of cargo operations and logistics
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: associate degree
