Our client an Internet Service Provider is looking for qualified and experienced Customer Support Technicians to join their team.
Responsibilities or duties
- Install and configure internet connections (fiber/wireless)
- Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues
- Provide technical support to clients
- Ensure timely and professional service delivery
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in ISP installations and support
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field
- Experience in network installations, troubleshooting & customer support
- Ability to work independently and handle field assignments
