Customer service intern

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Customer Service, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital communication platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
