Background information about the job or company:
The Director of Human Resource Management and Development will be responsible for innovating and designing Human Resource Policies and Strategies, introducing systems/Management practices, developing and reviewing HR policies and procedures, providing guidance on HR policy matters, and more.
Responsibilities or duties:
- Innovating and designing Human Resource Policies and Strategies
- Introducing systems/Management practices for effective HR management
- Developing and reviewing HR policies and procedures
- Providing guidance on HR policy matters
- Coordinating performance management
- Supervising HRIS, payroll management, and employee emoluments
- Ensuring compliance with statutory obligations
Qualifications or requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Master's Degree in HR Management or related field
- Minimum 7 years in Senior HR position
- Certifications in HR and Leadership programs
Experience needed:
Minimum 7 years in Senior HR position
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
